This roomy family home was brought to life in Northlake earlier in 2024. Designed by Open Architecture, this was a 264m2 build with an attached garage and carport. We used Coloursteel and LMA cladding, a sustainable reclaimed product imported from Australia. Hardwood oak flooring with underfloor heating was a key feature, as well as a white-washed grooved ply feature ceiling and stunning lighting throughout
