This multi-townhouse project on Anderson Road involved the building of three almost identical townhouses. With a steep, tricky section of land to work with, the challenge here was to make the most of the 140m2 space these clients had. With cost-effective materials, we kept things simple where possible - simple, yet effective, crafting quality houses that fit within the budget. For the exterior cladding, we used a STO Plaster system, with Coloursteel and Western Red Cedar.
