New build

A small but mighty build, this project saw a simple yet efficient design that made the most of the space available. With cedar features drawing the eye and a window seat for the client to soak up the low winter sun, this was a thoughtful build that came together on a budget. We included plenty of attic space for storage, which kept the main living area uncluttered and spacious. For the exterior, we used James Hardie Easy Lap cladding with a Niagara Cover Batten.
