Wānaka

New build

A new build in Northlake, Wānaka, this home was built to guidelines but designed to stand out. Following the Northlake design guidelines, the section we built on had three possible home designs for the client to choose from. With that in mind, we wanted to craft a little personality into the exterior to give it a life of its own. So, for this build, we went for a horizontal, western cedar with a James Hardie Vertical Oblique, and the results were beautiful.
